Nature Group 2022 Welcome Day 

Dear CHEC Families,

It is with great pleasure I would like to invite you to join us for a welcome gathering as we commence Nature Group for 2022. 

Date: This Friday 11 February 2022

Time: From 11.00am through to 2.00pm 

Location: “Castle” playground, Commonwealth Park, Commonwealth Avenue Canberra 

To bring: A picnic lunch and anything else your family needs to enjoy an afternoon at Commonwealth Park.

This year we will publish an advance schedule of Nature Group events held fortnightly, on a Friday. We have designed two ‘types’ of events to cater for the needs of families with younger children as well as those wishing to challenge themselves to greater nature-based fitness challenges (e.g. longer bush walks and excursions). The schedule for Terms 1 and 2 will be published this Friday to aid your forward planning.

We look forward to joining you in fellowship, fitness and appreciation of the blessings of the natural world this year and hope you can join us!

CHEC Nature Group is cancelled this fortnight due to a general lack of availability and willingness to brave the elements forecasted for today. Praying that next fortnight will be better weather to meet together in Nature.

Hi Ladies

Our last mum’s encouragement night for 2021 will be held this coming Monday 6 December from 7.30-9.30pm. 

It is the last session of our Daughter of Zion series and I would like to have a time of worship as part of our evening. 

I will be setting up a zoom meeting for those who are unable to come to my home.
