Flip out is great exercise and a lot of fun. It is open to all ages.

Cost is $28 per person - any age for 2 hours.

Grip Socks if required are an extra $3.50 and can be purchused on the day (no need to pre order)

Session time is 1 - 3pm to avoid afterschool groups.

Please book to reserve your place, make sure you book for every member who will participate.
